Kind Leaders: SEL Professional Development for Early Educators and Paraprofessionals

The Kindness Leads approach is a dynamic professional learning series that equips early educators and paraprofessionals with the practical tools to model emotional intelligence, empathetic communication skills, and self-regulation needed to cultivate thriving, inclusive communities.
Through interactive workshops, reflective dialogue, and practical strategies, participants learn how kindness can be intentionally embedded into leadership practices—enhancing teamwork, reducing burnout, and improving overall well-being in schools and organizations.
Program formats:
90 Minute Intensives to equip early education professionals with practical strategies for calm classrooms.
Half-day in-service workshops on communication, empathy, and team culture.
Four-week reflective series that explores self-kindness, emotional regulation, and inclusive leadership.
Eight-week advanced series for culture-shifting initiatives within schools or nonprofits.
